1. Had an initial Phone Call Where I was asked a couple questions about my work history.
2. Had a on-site interview (All behavioral and hypothetical questions). Interviewer was very friendly.

- What is your biggest weakness?
- If a phone is ringing, someone is at the counter, and a customer is asking you a question all at the same time, what should you do?
- What would your old manager say about you?
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.

Application was online and simple. We set up an interview with the SM and then set up a second interview with the DM. Sometimes they will combine these into one interview.
