I was called and very excited when I interviewed with VS. I thought that the culture here would be great and that they would promote effective change in the lives of their employees and customers. The interview went well. The supervisors were really laid back and nice. I was sold a dream about job growth and how everyone here matters. I was sold the same dream with the departments director, who I have learned is a complete idiot and has no prior experience in Customer Care. (yes.... none).
