I applied online. After a week the HR called me and asked if she could talk to me about the position. She gave me a detailed background about the company, senior management and the work culture. My second round of interview was with the Director of Digital Sales and Marketing. He gave me a brief background about himself and asked me what the HR manager had told me so he doesn’t have to repeat the points that she had already covered. The interview was as such wasn’t hard at all. However, the interviewer did mention that roles like this are very popular and lot of candidates apply. Therefore, I may not immediately hear back from the HR so I should wait. After few weeks, I called up the HR again a couple of times and even sent emails but never heard back. Someone from the hiring managers previous company was eventually hired for this role.
