The first contact consisted of a call and email from the recruiter in PA. We scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about an hour and a half and was really focused on your job history and why you belong at Williams. They also want to know what made you apply. The next step is an in person interview at the location. I was supposed to be notified by Jan 5th but I received a call yesterday for a final interview. They stated some people had quit and it stalled the hiring process.
