I had 1 phone interview and 2 in person interviews. Staff was very friendly and personable while still being professional. Even though the process took about 2 months, the director kept up good communication with me through email. The questions were of average difficulty. I've interviewed before, so none of them were questions I hadn't been asked before. They dressed fairly casual, but I still dress with pants and blazer because they were still interviews. They did an awesome job going over the job description and answering questions.
