Applied online received a phone call for an interview about a month later. The interview consisted of the Membership Director and Membership Coordinator, it was easy basic questions. They asked about my relevant work experience/volunteer work, situational questions and schedule flexibility. Most of their questions came from the resume and cover letter so do not include false information, because they might ask you to elaborate.
