Fast and fun. Working interview dress comfy so you can play with kids. After seeing how you are with kids then you will panel or interview one on one with a director.
The interview process was various questions about who I am and how to overcome various situations when interacting with others. The questions were fairly easy to answer because I was prepared.

Interview
Interview was easy, especially coming from a background with education. Specify that you know how to deal with children, and being able to work in a fast paced environment. Supervision is the main key. That is the job.
