Interview
I applied at the YMCA in March, 2015. I interviewed in June, 2016. The process was very long. The interview was very easy and they asked basic interview questions. I got a call at the July, 2016 saying that I got the job. I accepted and started working in August of 2016.
Smooth and welcoming. The interaction was positive and conversation flowed nicely throughout. I felt like my answers were being listened to, and that the interviewers were very engaged with me and what I had to say.

very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
