My interview was over the phone, it was long and obviously she was reading from a script. Some of the questions overlapped and it was tedious. However I have worked with children before and I felt prepared for the interview. I then did a "working interview" where you spend an afternoon at the center engaging with the kids. I was given the option to prepare an opportunity and decided instead to just hang out with the the children. It went well.
