Interview process was professional and relaxed. Required 3 references. Many scenario based questions in regards to potential/ realistic situations that arise in this sort of position. I interviewed with the centre supervisor.

What kind of activities would you plan for kids if they could not go outside due to the weather?

Interview
I submitted resume at one of the childcare locations in greater Toronto area. After few weeks, they called for the interview and schedules a date and time on a specific location. I reached there 15 minutes before interview time. It was a panel interview in which two persons asked me questions. They took turns.
Process was very laid back and the interviewers were friendly. I had two supervisors interview me, one asked questions and the other took notes. Googling the company values before hand is helpful so you can include them in your answers.
