easy and not too complicated. quite straight forward. sent me an email and then had one round of interviews. after the interview they emailed me back to tell me whether or not i got the job.
Smooth and respectful, very professional. Interviewer understands my point and I do not need to expand more on my answers. Time was utilized well and I did not have to wait long enough. I was given clear instructions.
