I sat in a conference room with fitness director and described my previous experience working with people, as well as talked about what my schedule would look like. This was a job I got during college, so they understood that I would be leaving mid-August. They were very kind and professional.

I thought that the interview process was actually very straightforward at the Kalamazoo, MI YMCA. I worked at the maple branch and thoroughly enjoyed my time working for such a good company
