Very casual in-person interview. You will probably meet with the Director or one of the managers. They go through the importance of working with school-aged children, and have a tour of the facility. They want to make sure that you can handle the stress and business that is working with several school-aged children.

I applied online on the YMCA site and was asked to come in for a group interview. Everyone was dressed casual and it was super simple. Everyone was super friendly and you basically talk about your experiences with children.

Calm and very open to personal discussions, very non-stressful and situational questions will be asked. Dress appropriately, Be early, Let them know you're early and be polite and have manners and most importantly show you know how to communicate.
