I applied online. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2015
Interview
The whole process was smooth. There was a phone interview and questions included various situational questions. After a couple of weeks, they provided various dates for a face to face interview. Interview was conducted by a panel and questions included a standard list of situational questions. The interviewers were polite and they were clear their questions they ask. After another couple of weeks, they called to provide an outcome.
Applied online, quick response for an interview, followed by another interview, and another interview. Found out they hired an internal candidate. Had I known it would be an internal candidate, I would have never applied.
