I was a current employee in the interactive zone of the YMCA so I only had to go to a group interview where they were looking more to see if you were capable of handling the safety of children under high stress. I applied and was sat in a room with about 5 others, who 4 got the job, and was asked situational questions.

It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
