Interview
It was the traditional process: phone call, phone interview with staff, face to face interview, then final round interview. For the most part the questions were straightforward. The length of the interview was longer than normal but bearable. Research the organization before you commit.

Fairly smooth and multiple interviews but the process was communicated after the first. The timeline was extended but that was communicated. They must have been busy or have had a lot of candidates apply.

It was a very long interview process. You have three separate interviews and two of them will consist of 4-6 interviewers. It was a very comfortable environment and everyone seemed eager to have me there.
