I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Durham, NC) in May 2013
Interview
This interview was very laid back. the fist step was a group interview with about 50 other people. Prepare to be silly and have fun for the group interview. then i was invited back for second one on one interview, which was a bit more formal.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Houston, TX)
Interview
The interview process was great. You need to get drug tested but it is worth it in the end. Love working with kids and the job itself. Like my coworkers and supervisor. Glad I applied.

Interview
Very straightforward and asked questions about previous childhood experience and what I would do in certain situations. Not a long interview, maybe 10 minutes max and got the offer right after the interview was done.
