Group interviews and private interviews were part of the process. This allowed the hiring managers to see how well you interact with other potential counselors. The individual portion allowed the hiring manager to get a sense of your goals and expectations for the job.

What is an accomplishment that you're most proud of?
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
