I used to give these interviews. For the web apps team, it was a somewhat simple JS coding exercises that made sure you understood JS well (they might be different by now, but it was never super complicated or mean-spirited. Everyone on the team at the time was super chill). I would study up on the latest versions of JS and be able to answer throughly.
