First Telephonic Discussion with Internal HR regards to Interview schedule. 1st Account Manager-review about previous experience, technical knowledge,Notice Period. 2nd Director-Overall discussion of previous experience and final discussion of Salary. Explanation of Incentive structure.

There are 2 rounds of interview. 1 is Manager round where your skills and your knowledge would be tested. 2 is final round with the Director here you will have to give your 100% so that your 1st impression last as the last impression
