They sent me an email to set up a date, then got interviewed by the hr person (who's actually not in hr). They asked me many questions about me, my experiences, my degree and the courses I had taken.

Contact via mail, then Skype. The questions very clear, specific and did not happen before the company had been properly introduced. They seemed genuinely interested in my profile. Some questions were technical, as they looked into software skills. Few days later, I got accepted
