It took over 7 weeks to receive the outcome, from the first interview with the Recruiter.
The recruitment process was disorganised and was created as they went along: I was literally described as their "guinea pig" as this was a brand new role. Due to their disorganistion, I was tasked with doing two lengthy assessments instead of one (first in English and then in French) which was very time-wasting.
There were three interviews in total in the process: first with Recruiter, then with Team Leader, then with Head of Compliance.
