I had one phone screening and then another on-site. The questions were standard questions that you hear everywhere in any interview. Typical HR mumble jumble and then you just wait for a return call, if not you're not accepted in their team.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (London, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
Phone screened by a recruiter on behalf of the company. Asked to provide some sample code to demonstrate my abilities. I was then asked in for a face to face interview with a 3 members of the development team and the CTO.
The interview lasted around an hour and a half and was quite informal, mostly consisting of questions from the development staff. Indication was given that the next step would be a tech test and a further interview.
After 1 week, was told that the company "would not be proceeding" with zero feedback as to why or constructive feedback on the interview. Disappointedly unprofessional in this respect.
