Interview
Phone and Video interview. Was very simple, met with manager for one on one phone call then a few days later had a video interview with a couple of other people also interviewing for the same job just in different locations.

They basically asked about my knowledge and experience in merchandising and they explained the role to me.
Group Interview. Loved the interviewer, but was told we'd receive an offer letter in 24-48 hours. It's now going on 96 hours. I don't think I'm getting an offer letter, but would appreciate a note saying "sorry we decided otherwise"

Hi HRs or people who have been interviewed by ThirdChannel, can you please explain what waitlisted means? Is that a declined offer or do they really reach out to you when opportunities are available? I need to know if waiting for this opportunity is worth it..
