I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thomas Interiors in Aug 2019
Interview
Everything was really simple and informative. I came from outside of the furniture world so had no prior knowledge of what it was like to work for a dealer. The initial interview was lengthy, but that was because I had a lot of questions they graciously answered. My second interview with another member of upper management who was just as nice. After about a week I received an offer.

Question 1
Describe a time you made a mistake on a project and how was it handled?
I applied online. I interviewed at Thomas Interiors (Itasca, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
Great phone interview, then an unstructured but okay 2nd interview in-person, and then they ghosted me. I sent thank yous and follow-up emails and got nothing.
After the 2nd interview I had the feeling they were interviewing for a friend rather than an employee.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview started with them asking me if I had any questions.
They performed a hand writing analogy, to go along with the interview process. This was done after the first in person interview. I don’t remember what it was I had to write about.
