1 hr Microsoft Teams Interview with Owner. Back and forth dialogue. Straight shooter. Described the job. Asked about my experience. Explained growth of the firm, onboarding process, salary and bonus structure
The process was very direct and clear. They were very responsive regarding the process and next steps. I had an interview with one of the partners who was very productive. He gave me a lot of information about the firm and expectations.

Virtual interview, took about half an hour. Fairly standard interview process. There were three people attending mine, two of the equity partners and another attorney. They seemed to want to get to know you and your personality. They did ask about law school and work experience but also asked about hobbies and personal interests
