Interview
I only had two interviews: one over the phone with the head of department and one with the head of HR via Teams. Both were very welcoming and not long after I got the job offer.
The talent acquisition team was highly professional, and competent. I received a call to invite me for an online interview. On the occasion of this online session, I've been asked about my previous role, and about my expectations. They've also taken the time to present the position. There was a kind of mutual assessment to check if it could make sense to work together. Thus we went to the next step with a first on-site interview. Questions were diversified and they invited the one who became my manager. A lot of information was exchanged and they invited me for a second interview. At some point, I had to do a logical test which was a bit harsh, but the process was well explained. They finally called me to tell me I was hired. I went on-site to sign the contract.

Interview
I had 3 rounds of very pleasant interviews. As part of my 3rd round, I had to complete a research case study. There was a fine balance between technical and behavioural questions. It was a pretty well-run process and enjoyable. I was always kept in the loop with interview developments and next steps.
