Humiliating, disparaging, manipulative process. The interviewer is manipulating to work in less pay and shifts. They are aslo humiliating candidates on their past experiences with other companies. They apply abusive and threatening tactics to downgrade a candidate in order to make them work in low wage.

Why you mentioned the ECTC? Also accused and humiliated for asking ECTC and downgraded by calling MONEY MAKING GIRL . This is highly abusive. A self interested profit making company only looking for cheap labour.
