It is true that we are definitely not a traditional work setting. Our staff are driven and hardworking and it's not surprising that our work ethic exceeds the expectations of regular nine to fivers. We have our base pay structure that includes the ability to earn uncapped commission plus a bonus structure that provides the opportunity to make some incredible revenue. Our management trainee position requires an individual to lead by example, to learn the ins and outs of how our company works and to assist in its growth. Entrepreneurs (the type of individuals who DEFINITELY are a great fit on our team) understand that to be successful and to build on the opportunity that Tidewater Marketing Group, it's something that you would want to work towards 24/7.
