After I filled out the online app I was contacted within a few days by a recruiter. After speaking with her I learned a little about the company but wasn't really excited. I then spoke with the branch manager on the phone for about 10-15 minutes. He asked me to come in and fill out a paper app in person (common in trucking industry) and to speak with him directly. I came in and spent almost three hours talking with everyone there and learned everything I wanted to know and look forward to starting with this company soon.
