The interview process was pretty straight forward. I was interviewed first by the HR Business Partner and thn the CEO of English movies and Entertainment channels. As they wanted to hire someone as soon as possible, there was no delay in hiring once he selection was done.

Question 1
the questions were skill based depending on your profile.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Times Global Broadcasting (Mumbai) in Aug 2012
Interview
There are 2 rounds of interview. One with the HR personnel and second with head of production. Usually the HR personnel passes you onto the next round and you will have to take it from there. The HoD will generally be friendly during the interview process but don't expect them to be friendly while working with them. It's because Arnab likes to maintain thick line between top management and the slaves.

Question 1
You work in x dept but if you're asked to jump into help other department what will your reaction be?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Times Global Broadcasting (Mumbai) in Jun 2014
Interview
My Interview lasted for very few seconds. The interviewers do not give the candidate an opportunity to ask his queries if there are any. My first impression the interviewers had no etiquette of conducting formal interviews , for instance, greeting the candidate and ending the interview with Thank You note...Interviewers were in hurry and lacked no proper co-ordination between the HR personnel and the interviewer. Their HR personnel are least bothered about giving feedback to the candidates...They are very slow in hiring decision making process...Times Now takes one month to deliver its decision...It seemed like why did I agree to appear for the interview?

Question 1
There was only one interview round taken by head of editorial team of Times Now. I was asked question about my present job profile? Would I be able to work on Politics beat? Whether I would be interested in working for ET NOW instead of Times Now?
