I was first asked to fill out some forms, then met with two people. Naturally, I was nervous but they made me feel pretty comfortable, which helped. They explained to me what the position was about, and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. I met with a man and a woman, both were polite and professional. After I spoke to them for about 20 minutes, I was asked to correct a mistake in coding. The testing was difficult and I was surprised. On similar interviews, I haven't been asked to do anything like that but I guess it makes sense. Overall I really liked the people there, and the atmosphere seemed like a place I would like to work.
