Ive been interviewed twice in that company. - 3 years ago and 2 months ago. The more disappointed I was with the company’s current interview policy when the interview resembles more a factory conveyor than an interview. They are trying to average the skill evaluation as much as possible to the point when attempting to make the process more objective it actually becomes more subjective. By averaging the skill slice during the evaluation process, the candidate’s technical background are poorly considered or not taken into consideration at all, thus missing the candidate’s strong sides. However, I would like to thank the HR personnel for being very professional.

Interview
Starting from the stage of acquaintance with hr and ending with team interviews, they behave professionally. Technical interviews 2, but different, it's interesting. Moderately complex, if you work in a similar role without carelessness, there will be no problems. All information is provided clearly and on time. The next step is not delayed
