Found via linkedin by a recruiter (not a Booxware employee).
There is a online test to be passed before you actually speak with Booxware people. The test is pretty simple java theoretical test (some times questions are not very clear).
Recruiter told me I scored pretty well and moved me to a skype interview with a tech manager.
Most of the questions were hr like style and development life cycle.
They never came back with any feedback, which I find very not professional (I spent a significant time for them and getting back a short email is a minimum respectful response).

The interview process consists of two stages. The first stage was technical, focused on Java, and was supposed to be followed by a second round, including a cultural fit interview.
