I had a video "phone screening" interview with two managers. It was scheduled for 30 minutes. The interviewers arrived 5 minutes late. They had me highlight my career and spent the rest of the time talking about the company. They weren't able to stay in the meeting 5 mins past the scheduled time since they had other meetings to attend. The interview felt rushed and I felt like I wasn't able to fully express my qualifications. The interview was 6 weeks ago and I haven't received any additional communications regarding my application status. I sent an email to the HR representative to check the status of my application a couple weeks ago and never got a response.

Interview
I was contacted via email to schedule a video interview. Interview had 4 employees ( 1 HR person, and 3 engineers). Felt like it went rather well, received a follow up phone call asking for salary negotiation. We settled on an acceptable range (well below my initial ask, which was part of the initial application). Asked if I could start that same month (they seemed to be really in need of someone to start right away). I told them I could start the beginning of the next month. I was told I should hear back shortly about a possible offer. Never hear back. That was 3 weeks ago. Seemed rude to put me through that second conversation without any follow up. Even an email saying I was not going to get an offer would have sufficed.
