The hiring process was Quick and easy. It took Approx 3 weeks in total. Zoom meetings with different people. Everyone was personable and friendly from the recruiter to the interviewers

I applied for the position and received an email asking to select a convenient time for a telephone interview. The times available were all after 2 p.m. The interview took 45 minutes and took place after 5 p.m. The recruiter from Title Forward was in an office on the West Coast but the position is in their Philadelphia office. The recruiter was polite. Her questions were administrative in nature. I was surprised to hear about the non-disclosure and non-compete agreement for this type of job. It raised a red flag for me as it would limit my future and affect my career. Someone else in a different place in his/her career may not mind.
