Phone interview with Human Resources will ask you 3-5 questions to see if you fill the minimal requirements. 2nd interview with District Manager. These are a lot more questions that relate to management, P/L and work experience. If you do well you will then interview with Regional Manager. He/She will have more of a conversation to see if you truly fit in the system and might just off job there.
