Interview
Overall the interview experience was very good. You get to meet with many different people at every level of the company in a laid back non-pressure atmosphere. I have interviewed many times in corporate America and those instances can be intimidating and impersonal, Titus Talent Strategies takes a much different approach and everyone I talked to was engaged with our conversation. By the end of the process there was no question I picked the right company because it was thorough and honest leaving zero surprises after the hire.

Question 1
The questions they use are behavior based, meaning they aren't dealing in philosophy they want a specific time that happened. Come prepared to speak about your experience with the examples you want them to know. Also do your research on the company prior to the interview, they want to know that you know what they are all about.
