Applied for another position. Recruiter found me a better fit for this role and forwarded my resume on to that team. Scheduled a video interview with them. Interviewer was a no-show. Emailed interviewer 15 minutes after start time, and once time slot ended. Did not receive any response. Emailed a couple of weeks later, again nothing. Guess they think I am not a good fit without interviewing me? Who even knows. I like the work they do and would have loved to be a part of it. Now, I'm not so sure. If they reach out I'll probably consider it, but at the moment my impression of Toast is not positive and something tells me I am never getting a response. So I don't know what to say.
