Interview
The recruiter contacted me via email to arrange interview. She was very professional and personable. Arranged time and then spoke on phone for about 20 minutes. Though the did not make an offer, she followed up very professionally to thank me for my time.
Very straightforward process: recruiter, hiring manager, panel including a director and peer interview. They provided questions for the panel interview in advanced, which made it an easy interview. All interviews took place on Zoom.

Interview
Was straight forward. This role would have been the exact same, just a different company. I met all the qualifications. However they passed on me with no feedback. 3 step process. I only made it to the first one and I had a referral.
They were very clear and communicative during the interview process. The recruiter did a phenomenal job preparing me for what to expect in each stage of the interview process. I felt it was fair and quick. It may have felt too quick as I didn't feel like I got to know each person I spoke with very well but that's just part of the process.
