The process was great, everyone I met was amazing and welcoming! I had awesome conversations with everyone, and they clearly cared about who I was as a person, aside from just an employee.
HR contact gave me a random, hard figure for salary when it lists a range on the posting. Shady type of tactic if it’s meant to lowball people. Take the range off the posting if it’s invalid.

Interview
First I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then an excel problem set (took about 10 hours) from hiring manager, then the company froze hiring. The problem set was enjoyable and it seemed like their finance team was on top of things.
