Screener was horribly unprepared. They were all over the place and didn't really know what they want or really understand their own business model. I was embarrassed for them..."Don't waste someone's time by pretending to interview a candidate for a job that you never intend to actually fill." You clearly were fishing and not remotely prepared to land a Big Fish like me. Your loss!

phone screen with hiring manager, then phone screen with the hr, then first round of interview with the hm (asked a lot about sales, mock call) need to prepare a lot for the first round, then you will move on to video interview with the manager
