I spoke with one recruiter who reached out about a different job entirely. After we spoke and I sent my resume over, she recommended me to the Mid Market Account Executive position. I then spoke with a different recruiter and was moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. The day of my interview with the HM, I was waiting about 15 minutes, then reached out to the recruiter to ask if out interview needed to be rescheduled, as the HM had not shown up. I get a call a few minutes later from the HM, apologizing for being late and we reschedule. The interview went great and I was told I would be moved to the final round, only to receive an email the next day saying I didn't get the job. I go on the website and the position was removed. Not a good experience for me and felt my time was wasted. They more than likely already had a candidate they hired before I had the interview, hence why they were late. Bummer because I was so excited about the job. I did not have to do a sales pitch or anything.
