I completed an initial interview with the HR Specialist in Sweden which was great. Mine was very friendly, warm and welcoming and she asked a lot of the standard questions before having a general chit-chat to get to know me in a more casual manner.
I then had a second interview with the CEO and GM of Australia which included a Case Study Presentation. This was a real treat - it was more like a fun and interesting conversation than a standard interview. We got to ask each other all our main questions but also just build a good rapport
