The are 3 skype interviews, then personal interview. The first one is screen interview, followed by 2 technical interviews. I've just done the first Interview on Skype. It's good and warm.

4 hour enjoyable experience. Spent a bunch of time with a wide array of people allowing them to get to know me as best they could in 30 minutes to an hour. I found the whole thing both challenging and enjoyable. I even spoke with the VP of my department.

At one point, I was asked to find a bug in some old code that had been printed out on about 12 sheets of paper. The point wasn't really to see if I could find it, but to see HOW I looked for it.
