I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tolteq Group
Interview
Just a little over a year ago a technical recruiter approached me about a job opportunity with TolTeq and he arranged an interview for me with them. I was hesitated at first since I am in Houston and the company is in Austin, but I went ahead and made a trip there with my wife on our own expense (since the company doesn't pay for it). I got there around noon for the interview. Met HR, the hiring manager, and the technical lead and spend three hours for the interview. No water was offered. After the interview was completed, they just walked me out the door, no thank you no water offered. We left for home right after the interview and briefed the recruiter. For two weeks I didn't hear from them. I called the hiring manager few times but was put to voice mail each time. Finally the hiring manager told the recruiter no. Still no thank you. I was glad there was no offer because I would have just rejected it. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone to interview with this company.
I was contacted by a recruiter, she did first screening and forwarded my resume to the company. First round was with the HR. Second round was with the manager. It was easy questions, just on what I did in my previous company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tolteq Group (Cedar Park, TX)
Interview
I applied through a recruiter, was contacted back within a few weeks for an interview, and then interviewed on-site.
The interview took place at the Tolteq office in Cedar Park. One person from the engineering managerial staff and one person from the HR staff interviewed me. Questions were about my mechanical engineering background and how it could be applied to Tolteq's products. Next, there were specific questions about some of their drawings and the drawing format. Pretty general stuff, but can be easily forgotten if you don't touch drawings everyday like some engineers.
The Engineering Manager gave me a site tour before the end of the visit.
