Tom Thumb Convenience interview questions

The interview began with introductions between myself and the Store Manager, we there held the interview in the store office and discussed job history, availability and then conducted the interview questions which took about thirty minutes.

The interview process was mostly average from what I hear. The woman who interviewed me asked basic questions, why do I want to work here, and what hours I was available. She pretty much told me the job was mine that day. The only issues were the waiting for all of my paper work to come back from corporate so I could begin my training classes, it took three weeks, and a whole week and a half after that before they figured out what store they had actually hired me on at.
