Recruiter contacted and arranged. Showed up for interview. Office manager was surprised to see me. After she made several inquiries. It become very clear to me that they have forgotten about our appointment. A non-manger non- decision maker took the time to meet with me. Went well I felt. a pleasant meeting; very laid back and relaxed - about 40 minutes. Two days later, WAS TOLD I WAS OVERQUALIFIED. Is It Code for ‘Too Old’ I am in my mid-50's. If they thought I was overqualified, why did they bother to interview me?
