Two rounds of interviews:
First, HR Interview, asking for basic information, work related experiences and expectations.
Second, Group Interview, need to present an industry report and answer job related questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TopTutorJob in Nov 2020
Interview
This company are not interested in helping ALL applicants looking for teaching positions in China, they only care to assist people in China already.
It's understandable that it's a lengthy process to help a jobseeker to come to China with a PU letter as it will affect their commission but to outright lie about it is what annoyed me. They claimed that they could not proceed with my applications because the schools I applied for could not offer the PU letter. I applied to 20 places so for ALL of them them to say no was a little strange. I spent a lot of time reading through schools' info and requirements so my time was already invested.
Nonetheless I decided to contact 10 of the schools I chose out of my 20 with the help of Chinese friends to call locally and 6 confirmed that they CAN offer a PU letter.
I am very disappointed with TTJ- they brag about their clients and how they have helped some people get their desired jobs but in reality they are only focused on stats and their own bonuses.
They also failed to answer questions I had relating to PU info (in a WeChat group I made with 3 of them)- they just didn't want to bother.
Thanks for nothing TTJ and just to let you know, I have already had an interview from one of the places that they said could not offer a PU invitation so far.

Question 1
I never had the opportunity to be in this position as they lied about applying to the schools I was interested in.
Disorganized company. First recruiter did not assist me in the all of the jobs I applied for and another recruiter was very rude about what I wanted as the client. Instead of giving me an attitude and a very rude opinion, you should do what the client wants. It's not about what the recruiter wants, but what the client wants. Learn how to be respectful.
