I applied online. I interviewed at Topgolf (Nashville, TN) in Feb 2019
Interview
Super fun and laid back! Seemed like it was more about your personality than your skillset. They had us do some team building - like exercises and act as though we are taking one of the manager's orders. There was a "speed interview" process like speed dating with multiple managers!

Question 1
Tell me about what you like to do outside of work?
Very fun and easygoing a group interview style did a speed round of interviews with 3 different people. I enjoyed my time there and learned more about the job .
It was a group interview we had 90 seconds to meet with a team lead, general manager, then operations manager. Generic questions like availability, personality, and thrown into a role play scenario. Make sure you stand out. Be personable, nice, and friendly. Serving experience may not be required but it would be a perk.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Topgolf (Miami Gardens, FL)
